To just have the van at your event. This would include delivery and collection from location*

This does not include; staff or equipment. 

Rate may be reduced depending on length of hire.

For those who would like to supply the product themselves, we can make this possible. This would include delivery* of the van and staff - you just need to provide us the goods to distribute. 

Assuming 2 members of staff

Take the stress out of your event and let your guests pay-as-they-go with contactless or cash payments. 

Includes fully stocked bar with a customisable drinks menu, all compostable glassware/packaging, staff, delivery* and free optional equipment. All sales from the event will be retained by Vintage Van Events

Assuming 2 members of staff

Either treating your guests to a few drinks at the start of the evening or supplying a pre-paid bar all night, we can work off your budget to make this possible. This is usually operated through a drinks token system or itemised bill at the end of the evening.
